How we use your details

CA Performance Engineering uses the contact and vehicle information you provide to review and respond to your enquiry. If you sign in, your profile and submitted enquiries are saved so you can see them in your account. Guest enquiries are saved for us to review but are not linked to an account.

What is stored

Enquiries may include your name, email address, phone number, workshop name, vehicle details, registration and message. Your account can also store a display name, phone number and company. Account sign-in is handled by ChatGPT; we do not collect a password.

Access and questions

Your account history is available only to your signed-in account. CA Performance Engineering can access enquiries to respond to them. To ask about your details, request a copy, correction or deletion, email campbell@caperformanceengineering.com.

Service providers

The website and its database run through ChatGPT Sites and its hosting services. Authentication is handled by ChatGPT. We use your contact information to reply to your enquiry.
